Our "Verified" badge (a registration and qualification review by the TrustHomi team) and how your Trust Score is calculated are never affected by payment — those are earned independently of your plan, from your credentials and customer reviews. A plan buys visibility and booking tools, never a better score.
Frequently Asked Questions
What can I do on the Free plan?
A Free (or not-yet-claimed) profile is listed and discoverable, with your name, qualification, location, map and basic services, and customers can contact you. Online booking and customer ratings & reviews are paid-plan features, so they are switched off on Free and unclaimed profiles.
What happens if my plan expires?
Your profile stops accepting new online bookings and new ratings/reviews, and drops out of priority placement until you renew. Your existing data, photos and past reviews are kept and come straight back when you renew.
How does the Agent Promo Code work?
Enter the code a TrustHomi agent gave you in the Agent Promo Code box to see your offer on every plan straight away - no login needed to check it. It carries through to checkout, where it is checked again for your listing before you pay.
What is the Business Network add-on?
Business Network includes up to 5 handyman profiles and 3 business locations, set up for you by our team. If you need more, each additional handyman or location is just $79 per year.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Pick a higher plan from your dashboard at any time - the new plan starts immediately for a fresh year. Plans cannot be downgraded part-way through a term.
Is this the same as the $5 customer booking token?
No. The small $5 token is paid by customers when they book an appointment and is adjusted against their bill at your business. Your plan is what you, the handyman or business, pay to be listed. We take no commission on estimate fee.
